Worcestershire Royal Hospital
Hughes & Associates (HAPS) used Eyecomply during their project management and surveyor role at WRH. The role entailed the survey and detailed documentation of all fire compartment walls within the hospital. All defects were photographed and their location pinpointed on a CAD drawing. The outcome of the survey was held on the audit tracker module of EyeComply ready for remediation works to start, holding over 100K photographs, floor plans & reports to maintain an audit trail for compliance purposes.
HAPS worked with the local Fire Officer for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Services to agree technical solutions to remediate defects and to agree and manage the programme for fixes. These fixes took over three years to complete using EyComply for final sign off. All people involved in the project had access to the EyeComply data this included NHS Trust, Asset Managers, Service Provider and Local Regulatory Authorities, the remediation works project managed by HAPS had a project cost of over £5m.
